CIS Administrative Internship (Req ID: 3354)


RESPONSIBILITIES:
* This job primarily entails performing maintenance on our Customer Information System (CIS) to ensure accurate and timely billing of our customers, accurate revenue reporting and adherence to regulatory requirements.
* Job responsibilities also include running reports and/or querying data from the CIS to provide information used in regulatory & financial reporting.

REQUIRED EDUCATION:
* Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor degree program in Business, Accounting, or other related field with an expected graduation date of Dec 2017 to May 2019.
* Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.

REQUIREMENTS:
* Strong communication skills to establish and maintain positive working relationships.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word/Excel is required.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Access or other database query tool is desirable.
* Possess the ability to multitask and be process-oriented.
* Ability to be timely, technically savvy, a team player, and enjoy a fast-paced work environment.
* Candidate must be adaptive to changing work projects and priorities, highly analytical and customer service oriented.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
* This position may be subject to assessment of skills, job match and/or aptitude.

DURATION: 
* This internship will be full time during the summer 2017 and part time (20 hours per week) through December 2017.  This position may be extended through May 2018. (Hours and duration are subject to change based on company need.)
